Sucrose commonly named as table sugar with a molecular formula of C12H22O11, is a non reduced disaccharide carbohydrate made from a low-sugar beet juice,  which is made up of glucose and fructose. Sucrose is basically found as many kinds of sugars, these ones are brown,raw, granulated, confectionated and turbinado ones. Once sucrose enters to the human body beta-fructosidase enzyme is in charge of simplifying it to glucose and fructose, so they may be transform into an energy source specialized in certain organs.
